What forms of therapy are offered at Stepping Stone Therapy?

There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. With Jennifer, therapy is done by creating goals and meeting needs through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, body focus and mindfulness.

If this means nothing to you, no worries! Just know that we will take a whole body approach that includes assessing thoughts, body care and relationships to help you reach your goals of finding the peace and healing you are seeking.

Therapy is a process that makes space for growth, hope and change.

As humans, we deal with so many things that can feel so hard. You don’t have to walk this road alone.

You! The success of therapy is at least 50% dependent on the relationship between the client and their therapist. I’d love to meet to see if we’re a good fit.

Schedule a session. At that time you will receive all paperwork electronically so your first session can be focused on your goals.

Jennifer will work with you to find a consistent schedule for your therapy sessions.
